New finance group aims to serve small businesses

A group of former MBNA executives has launched a new financial services company in Delaware that offers $100,000 lines of credit to small business owners nationwide. At a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, Swift Financial announced it will employ 25 people at its headquarters in North Wilmington’s Silverside Carr Corporate Center, and expects to add 25 more by the end of the year.
